Class Attire (What to wear):

Pole Classes:  Any comfortable form fitting clothes that fit snug on your body.  Shorts or a skort are highly recommended as they work well by letting your skin grip, T-shirt, tank top or sports bra.  Avoid clothes with belts, & buckles that can scratch pole.  Pole work will be done in our barefeet but you are welcome to bring your heels & use them if you like.  Most importantly do not moisturize or use lotions on your body the day of your Pole Class!  We don't want you to slip off the pole!  Also, belts & jewelry (rings, bracelets, watches & belly jewelry) are prohibited on the pole as they will scratch and ruin the poles surface.

Aerial Fitness Classes:  For aerial work using the silks, cover your skin as much as possible to protect against abrasion.  Wear snug form fitting clothing that covers the knees, back and shoulders.  Leggins, tights or yoga pants & t-shirt or long sleeve shirt (cover your armpits) & please use deodorant.  Avoid clothes with belts & buckles that can catch on silk.  Please do not wear any jewelry (rings, watches, bracelets, dangling earrings, necklaces, etc...) that can get caught on silks as well.  Do not use lotions or oils on day of class.

Jumpin' Jam Cardio Rebounding Class:  Any comfortable workout wear, good supportive sports bra & knee high socks (2 pair for extra cushion).  Bring a towel you will sweat!

Hula HoopFit:  Any comfortable snug form fitting workout wear & tennis shoes &/or barefeet.

When to Eat:  It is recommended not to eat for at least 90 minutes before a class time. If you must eat during that time, try eating lightly and eating easily digested food such as fresh fruit.
